This Florida style community of “Gulfside Cottages” holds charm and style with white picket fences, brick paved walkways, and a heated community pool that is also only a few paces away. Location, location, across from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery stores, drug store and restaurants galore. Something for everyone to do – great biking, golfing, and shopping. The “Coast Inn” is a spacious 2200 sq. ft. with four bedrooms and three baths, with sleeper sofas in the living area and the tower bonus room. 1st Floor: Bedroom with day bed/pullout trundle, 19" tv. Bedroom with 2 twins, 19" tv, vcr, shared bath. King master bedroom 20" plasma, dvd, vcr, dining table for 4, bath & patio with gulf views. 2nd Floor: Living area has 32" tv, dvd, vcr, sound system, sleeper sofa & wrap-around patio with nice gulf views.Dining area seats 8 with additional seating at the bar. Kitchen has large bar with all modern appliances. Laundry room. Queen bedroom, 19" tv, bath. 3rd Floor: Loft with, sleeper sofa, 27" tv, dvd, vcr, play station, sound system and fantastic gulf/beach views. A very comfortable setting to enjoy sleeping, reading, movies or just taking in the beauty of the Gulf waters and the widest beach anywhere in the area. There are great views of the gulf from tall levels and and especially the tower. There are 6 TV’s and 3 VCRs and 3 DVDs “for movies”, a video game machine, and books for your indoor relaxation. Enjoy the bistro tables with swivel bar stools and four chairs on each deck for your outside enjoyment. The master has a nice table for your "office at the beach" or for the internet junkie. Your home at the beach is decorated to the tee with all conveniences. Washing and drying clothes in the laundry room will even provide a great view of the gulf. Attention to detail is evident throughout the house especially in the kitchen, which has all conveniences for inside dinning. There are two wrap around covered porches, one with an electric grill and bistro table, the other with table and chairs near the gas grill provided for your outside dinning pleasure. Coast on Inn for great views, and great times;Pets 25 lbs and under are welcome. Renters should bring light weight beach chairs. Major credit cards accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
