(Not crowded like a typical condo.) A two-story, three bedroom, two full bath, 2200 square foot house with all the amenities of home, its two-story great room and beamed open loft overlook the living area. We are one easy block down a quiet lane from the famous white sands and emerald-green gulf waters of Panama City Beach/Laguna Beach dedicated beach access. You can see the Gulf from the upper balconies and it’s a favorite spot to watch the sunrises and sunsets. Located in a quiet residential area, our large wrap-around deck overlooks a small coastal dune lake with ducks, lily pads and fish right across the street. The Hibiscus Hideout sleeps (12) with (1) king and (2) twins in the main floor master bedroom, (1) queen and (1) bunk bed in bedroom two upstairs, (1) queen and (1) single roll-out bed in closet of bedroom three also upstairs, and a double futon in the loft. A crib will fit into any of the bedrooms. A charcoal barbecue grill and a kitchen fully furnished for the gourmet cook will add to the family fun and beach experience. An outdoor shower, full sized laundry room and separate entry mudroom for beach things and sand, makes cleanup after the beach convenient. Electronically speaking: for those wedded to your jobs or just internet/game junkies, Hibiscus Hideout has cable modem Internet service. Use your own computer or ours. There are three TV/DVD combination units and a CD player. VCR & DVD movies, board games, cards, puzzles and some coloring books are in our game closet. While located in quiet Laguna Beach (no high rises), the Miracle Strip, Shipwreck Lagoon Water Park, Gulf World, Shell Island cruises, parasailing, wave runner rentals, \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Swim with the Dolphins\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" packages, world-class fishing, golf courses, miniature golf, go-carts, bumper boats, arcades, first class deep-sea fishing, fishing from the pier and many, many restaurants to suit all tastes and more are just a few miles down Front Beach Road. Rents Sunday to Sunday CANCELLATIONS Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25. REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service (www.nhc.noaa.gov) may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
